At Kaizen, we are committed to providing a positive dining experience for all our customers. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, please carefully read our allergy policy below:
Important Information Regarding Sesame Allergy:
Please be aware that we do not cater to any form of sesame allergy. Due to the significant risk of cross-contamination, we are unable to prepare or serve any dishes that are free from sesame or sesame derivatives.
Disclosure of Other Allergies:
For all other allergies, including but not limited to milk, gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish, it is mandatory that you disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking.
Failure to disclose allergies at the time of booking or before ordering may result in our inability to accommodate your needs and we reserve the right to refuse service. This policy is in place to allow our kitchen team sufficient time and preparation to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and provide the best possible experience for all our customers.
Allergen Awareness in Our Kitchen:
While we take the utmost care in preparing your food and have strict procedures in place to minimize cross-contamination, please be advised that traces of nuts and other allergens may be present in our kitchen environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free from these allergens. Customers with severe allergies should be aware of this risk and make an informed decision.
Right to Delay Food Preparation:
During peak service times, preparing meals for customers with disclosed allergies may take longer than usual. We reserve the right to delay food preparation for allergen-related requests during these busy periods to ensure the safety and quality of all orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
By dining with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our allergy policy.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a safe and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.
